Reflections

Experience

Although this semester have a packed workload, I still find interesting in every task with application. Only I success or I learn something will let me feel enjoy, while I'm not achieving my satisfaction, it is a frustrating process. The resource and books provided are very helpful to my learning journey. 

Observation

When I'm not confident / satisfied with my work and seeking for feedback, definitely my work need deeper improvement with more referencing and study. While feedback holds significance, the job lacks specific and comprehensive feedback or guidance. They only want a good results. So, if the situation happens again, I should review is my design fulfill my idea / characteristic or is it fulfill the basic rules such as balance, contrast and so on.

Findings

Everything we learn will apply to our task that related to our future work as a designer that is very useful. Basic fundamentals are importants on typography while colors sense are important as a designer. The layout system trains us to master the skills, type and play let us know how to develop the characteristic into typeface and task 2 are developing own characteristic into typeface and application used as a branding training purpose. Task 3 is the final exam of typography to examine how we apply the our knowledge and understanding and also develop a solution to specific area problem.
